Prašak ESAB OK FLUX 10.72
OK Flux 10.72 je dizajniran za proizvodnju vjetroelektrana. Zadovoljava potrebe višeslojnog zavarivanja debelim slojem, koristeći visoke stope taloženja sa značajnom žilavosti do -50 ° C u kombinaciji sa standardnom nelegiranom žicom. Koristi se za jednostruke i višežične postupke. Jednako dobro djeluje pri istosmjernoj i izmjeničnoj struji. OK Flux 10.72 može se primijeniti pri bilo kojoj debljini ploča. U proizvodnji vjetroelektrana uobičajene su debljine ploča od 50 mm i više, uglavnom zavarene Y-spojevima. Bitno je da se šljaka prilikom prvog pokretanja lako uklanja. Ovaj izvrsni prašak se također može koristiti u drugim tržišnim segmentima sa sličnim zahtjevima zavarivanja, npr. posude pod tlakom i pri općim poslovima zavarivanja u građevinarstvu.
