Cutting boards/h1>

Cutting boards are consumable tools that are used on angle grinders or stationary devices for cutting various materials - from metal alloys (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) to wood, stone, concrete and other materials. They are basically divided into classic cutting boards that use synthetic resin as a binding agent and diamond cutting boards. They were created due to industrial needs, where a certain product could not be cut using classic sawing, or the process was too economical and time-consuming. Cutting plates on angle grinders enabled great mobility, ease of use and availability.

Cutting surfaceče are used by mounting them on an angle grinder or other device, and then cutting the material with them. These can be steel pipes, stainless steel rods, aluminum profiles, etc.

Important should be noted that this way of cutting creates high friction that develops high temperature at the cutting site and can lead to undesirable changes in the structure and color of the material. In order to prevent this, it is advisable to use a board with the smallest possible thickness, and to cut in doses, so that the product does not heat up too much.
