Polishing agents
Means for removing organic contaminants from the surface of stainless steels before "pickling" treatment, or in case of product contamination with oil, grease, etc. Partially removes corrosion and brightens the surface. The use of a passivator ensures the achievement of corrosion resistance after mechanical treatment of the surface by means of shot blasting, grinding, polishing, etc., as it leads to the restoration and strengthening of the passive film on which the corrosion resistance of stainless steel is based. Sometimes it is also applied after chemical treatment of the surface. Use by spraying, soaking in a bath or with a brush.
Staining pastese are pastes for the processing and cleaning of medium-heavy welded joints of Cr-Ni steel by "staining" such a chemical composition that ensures good processing, while at the same time reducing the amount of toxic gases that develop during processing.
